• Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but will only terminate at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to the service will continue until the end of the cycle, and no refunds or pro-rated returns will be provided.

3. Website Development and Hosting Services

• Development and Hosting: Upon engaging with our website development and hosting services, you agree to adhere to the terms of payment and service as outlined upon commencement.
• Payment Delinquency: If monthly payments are not maintained, services will be suspended. You will have 30 days to rectify the payment issue before your website and associated data are permanently deleted.
• Data Deletion: Post-deletion, restoration of the original site is not possible without a new setup fee and starting the development process anew.
• Transfer Fee: Should you wish to transfer your site to another provider before two years of continuous service with us, a transfer fee of $999 will be applied. This fee compensates for the initial lower cost of development and hosting facilitated by BusinessMold.com.

Intellectual Property Rights The content, layout, design, data, databases, and graphics on this website are protected by United States intellectual property laws and are owned by BusinessMold.com or its licensors. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you must not use, copy, or distribute any content from our website.
